Outside of Stevie Wonders studio, a young troubled soul passed out on the sidewalk, holding onto his laptop ... breathing. A sight that Angelenos are too familiar with especially in the last years.
Walking down the street with a fellow photographer to catch some LA air, this heartbreaking imagery needed to be captured. The location of my camera, my apartment, 5th floor and about ten minutes left till sundown.
I practiced for this moment the past weeks, which have turned me into a runner. Three blocks... an easy sprint. The elevator occupied...no problem.
